Welcome To Now Hypnotherapy
Here at Now Hypnotherapy, we take a positive, refreshing approach to therapy. Our sessions are designed to help you create positive change, regain control and move forward. Combining psychotherapy, neuroscience and trance, we use a modern, evidence-based approach to help you make meaningful and lasting changes in your life.
Every session is designed to help reduce stress and anxiety through a non-invasive approach. This means we can focus on creating positive change in the present, without the need to revisit or repeatedly delve into difficult experiences from the past. During the last 25 minutes of the session, you’ll enter a relaxed state known as trance. In this state, your mind can process and work through the conversations we’ve had, helping you discover new solutions, perspectives and patterns that can support positive and lasting change.

Support For Everyone
Now Hypnotherapy works with all age ranges and specialises in working with children and young adults. We take a friendly, positive and supportive approach, creating a comfortable environment where everyone can feel at ease and work towards positive change whether you are 9 or 90!
Children and Young Adults (9+)
Around 1 in 5 children and young people aged 8 to 25 in the UK have a probable mental health disorder, highlighting just how important it is for young people to have the right support.
At Now Hypnotherapy, we provide a positive, supportive and approachable environment where young people can feel comfortable, understood and confident to make changes. Having therapy from a young age can help individuals better understand and regulate their emotions, giving them the tools to manage challenges as they continue to grow and develop.
Specialist Areas of Treatment
At Now Hypnotherapy, I work with a wide range of people experiencing different challenges. Here are some of the areas I specialise in, but this isn’t an exhaustive list.
Hi, I'm Josie 👋
I’m a Clinical Solution Focused Hypnotherapist and Lecturer for Clifton Practice Hypnotherapy Training. I’m a member of the AfSFH and NCH, and I’m based in Leicester.
I started my journey into hypnotherapy six years ago after deciding I wanted to continue my pursuit of helping people in the best way I could.
Before becoming a hypnotherapist, I studied Fine Art, so I’ve always had a very creative side. I’m also a keen gym-goer and enjoy different sports and exercise. I have a dog, so I really enjoy getting out into nature with him. I love cooking, playing chess and, of course, enjoying a good night out with my friends!
I love chatting, meeting new people and hearing people’s stories, so I feel incredibly lucky to have a job that allows me to do something I genuinely enjoy.
