Hypnotherapy For Neurodivergent Minds
At Now Hypnotherapy we specialise in supporting individuals with autism and ADHD, helping them better understand themselves, manage challenges and develop positive changes. Our aim is to help create a life where a diagnosis doesn’t have to be a barrier, but something you can understand, embrace and work with to move forward

My Approach
Before becoming a Hypnotherapist, I spent over 5 years working as a Support Worker for adults with additional needs. Being able to take the knowledge and experience I gained from that time and bring it into a therapeutic setting has been amazing.
I love working with neurodivergent people and seeing the changes they can make. Watching someone start to feel more confident, take back control of their life and feel more comfortable being themselves is incredibly rewarding.
Having a diagnosis doesn’t have to be a barrier to living the life you want. My aim is to help you understand yourself better, work with your strengths and find ways to make life feel a little easier.
Safe
Space
I build rapport quickly with my clients and have created a warm, homely therapy room filled with art, plants and sensory toys. I want you to feel comfortable being yourself, so home comforts are always welcome! If there’s something that helps you feel more relaxed or comfortable, bring it along.
Person
Centered
Everyone is different, and a diagnosis doesn’t define who you are. My approach focuses on you as an individual, your strengths and what you want to achieve. We work together on the positive changes you’d like to make, finding solutions and strategies that work for you and fit into your life.
Trance
The second half of the session is all about relaxation. Through guided relaxation, we help you achieve a natural state of trance, where your mind can slow down and become more open to positive change. This gives your brain the opportunity to practise new, more positive ways of thinking. You’ll leave the session feeling relaxed, calm and refreshed.
